Syrian Gypsy

6.08.2011

The famous tiger print scarf seen here and here serves many purposes, LoL, like when a Bedouin tried to teach me how to tie a traditional head scarf at a totally pimped out tent in the Syrian desert. This post was of course inspired by that terrific gift I mentioned last week. What do you think of this gypsy-ish look?

You look SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good with that scarf wrap, Missy!

And that tent looks like a Harry Potter tent, huge. Only, this one looks much more fun!

Very cool in the scarf. Once you unwrap it, did they teach you how to wrap it up again?

Thank you so much guys! Really glad you enjoyed :-)

@ Kevin and Ruth- He showed me while he was wrapping but I have no recollection of how to put back!.. LoL

@ Diplomatic Wife - I traveled through the Middle East and they're somewhat easily accessed. This one was just outside of Palmyra and the hotel owner who was Bedouin, brought us here.

@ Murissa - Only stayed a couple of hours in the desert... Spent a week in Syria!
